Brand Activation Lead CLIF Kid St. Louis, MO
Dates: Early April – Mid May 2024
Position Summary:
A Brand Activation Lead is accountable for assisting the Brand Activation Manager in implementing brand activation campaigns designed to maximize opportunities for consumer exposure to the CLIF Kid family of products.
The Brand Activation Lead will be responsible for implementing pre-programmed daily sampling plans. They may be asked to work alone or to manage a small team of Brand Activation Ambassadors to execute sampling engagements. The Brand Activation Lead must be consumer obsessed with an eagerness to listen and communicate with a diverse population of people. The right candidate will thrive when communicating with the public and executing against a plan.
Position Objectives & Primary Responsibilities
· Create excitement and a positive association with CLIF Kid through initiating conversations with consumers and key partners in a relatable manner.
· Execute pre-programmed daily sampling plans in St. Louis, MO designed to maximize consumer exposure to CLIF Kid products.
· Coach Brand Activation Ambassadors during activations on consumer engagement best practices
· Maintain and keep clean vehicle and assets.
· Deliver requested data and feedback to the Brand Activation Manager in a timely manner

Requirements
· Available to work 30-40 hours/week in St. Louis, MO for 6 weeks in early April – mid May including weekends.
· Comfortable driving large vehicles.
· Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
· Must be 18 years of age or older
· An appropriate standard of conduct must be maintained when working at a CLIF Kid event
Compensation
Compensation is based on an hourly rate of $30 per hour
